Informational purpose
The content on this site describes business-purpose mortgage brokerage services and general market conditions. It is not an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, a rate quote, an approval, or a guarantee that any program will be available for a particular property. Program terms and eligibility are set by each wholesale lender and can change without notice.
No professional advice
Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Market notes, guides and calculators are general information. Decisions about a property, an entity structure or a transaction should be made with professionals who know your circumstances, and with the current ordinances and statutes that apply to the parcel.
Business-purpose limitation
The services described on this site are limited to business-purpose financing secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. They are not available for a primary residence, a second home or any personal, family or household use.
Calculator
The DSCR calculator performs arithmetic on numbers you enter. It does not underwrite, does not verify any input and does not predict a lender’s decision. Results depend entirely on the figures supplied and omit costs described on the calculator page.
Submissions
By submitting a form you confirm the information is yours to provide and is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you agree to be contacted about the request. Submitting a form does not create a loan application, a broker-client relationship or an obligation to proceed on either side.

Links to external sites, including the NMLS Consumer Access registry, are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The text, design, wordmark and illustrations on this site belong to Loan Daddy LLC or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Republishing content commercially, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Loan Daddy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Loan Daddy LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
