Verify the license
NMLS Consumer Access is the public registry maintained by the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System. It lists the license record for Loan Daddy LLC under NMLS ID 2827624, including the states where the company holds an active license, the license types and the status of each. Search the company name or the NMLS ID at nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
Where a loan is placed in a state, the licensing requirement and the licensed entity are a function of that state’s law and the program involved. If a scenario falls outside what Loan Daddy LLC is authorized to arrange, we tell the investor before any work begins.
What a broker does here
- Collects the scenario, the property details and the borrower’s authorization
- Compares programs offered by wholesale lenders and explains the differences
- Submits the file to the lender whose program fits, and manages the conditions
- Coordinates the appraisal, title, insurance and closing with the lender and settlement agent
What a broker does not do here
- Make, fund or hold the loan
- Service payments or hold escrow after closing
- Approve, deny or price a loan — that decision belongs to the lender
- Provide legal, tax or investment advice
Business-purpose limitation
Every program referenced on this site is a business-purpose loan secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. These loans are not available for a primary residence, a second home, a family member’s residence or any personal, family or household use. Borrowers typically take title in a business entity, sign as an entity, and provide a personal guaranty. If the property will be occupied by the borrower or the borrower’s family, it is outside the scope of this desk.
Compensation
Broker compensation may be paid by the lender, by the borrower, or through a combination, by program and by agreement. The amount and the payer are disclosed in writing before the borrower commits. Third-party costs — appraisal, title, recording and similar — are separate and are the borrower’s.
Complaints and questions
Start with us: write to compliance@loandaddy.ai with the property address and a short description of the concern. We respond in writing. If a concern cannot be resolved directly, the licensing agency listed for the relevant state in NMLS Consumer Access accepts complaints, and the record there includes the regulator’s contact information.
Advertising and information on this site
Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, a rate quote or an approval. Program availability, loan limits, property eligibility and documentation requirements are set by each wholesale lender and can change without notice. Market notes and guides describe general conditions; they are not appraisals, rent guarantees or projections of investment performance.
Questions about the licensing before you send a scenario?
Ask. We would rather explain the boundary of the business before you invest time in a file that does not fit it.
