Privacy policy

This policy describes what this website collects, why, and who sees it. It covers the site, not the separate disclosures a lender provides when a loan application is submitted.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Information you give us

When you submit the scenario form, we collect the fields you fill in: name, email, phone, property state, property type, loan purpose, estimated property value, loan amount, occupancy, and any message you write. We also record that you checked the contact consent box, along with a timestamp.

Information collected automatically

Our forms capture the advertising parameters that brought you to the site — campaign source, medium, campaign name, term and content, plus click identifiers where present — together with the landing page URL and the referring page. Those values are stored in your browser session so the first touch is preserved, and they are sent with the form so we can tell which marketing actually produced an inquiry.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamps. That data is used for security, delivery and aggregate traffic measurement.

Local storage, not advertising cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. The only browser storage we use is session storage for the first-touch attribution described above; it clears when the browser session ends. The calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing.

How the information is used

  • To review the scenario and respond to your inquiry
  • To identify lenders whose programs may fit the property
  • To prepare and submit a loan file if you choose to proceed
  • To keep records required by law and by our own compliance obligations
  • To measure which pages and campaigns produce inquiries, in aggregate

Who receives it

Lead information is stored in our customer relationship management system and in our lead-processing infrastructure, both operated by service providers acting for us. If a scenario moves forward, the information is shared with the wholesale lender or lenders being considered, and with the service providers involved in the transaction such as the appraisal management company, title company and settlement agent. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Consent and communications

By submitting the form you agree to be contacted about your request by email, phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or tell any caller to remove you from the list. Opting out of marketing does not affect legally required communications about an application you have submitted.

Retention

Inquiry records and loan files are retained for as long as needed to serve the request and to satisfy recordkeeping requirements that apply to mortgage brokerage. When a record is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to compliance@loandaddy.ai with the email address or phone number you used, and we will respond. Where a state privacy law gives you additional rights, we honor the request under that law.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted, and access to lead records is limited to people and systems that need it to do the work described here. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your information, we notify affected people as required by law.

Children

This site is for real estate investors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new date. Material changes affecting how existing information is used will be communicated to people with an active inquiry.
