What speeds this up

What happens next

A broker reviews the scenario, checks the parcel and the local rules, and comes back with the programs that fit — or with a straight answer about why none do. If it moves forward, we collect entity documents, an insurance quote and a credit authorization before ordering an appraisal.

The line we do not cross

Business-purpose lending on non-owner-occupied investment property only. If you or your family plan to live in the property, we cannot help, and we will say so immediately rather than after you have paid for an appraisal.
